Chef & Conscious Eating

I am a trained chef with professional experience in Sri Lanka and Germany. Through this background, food, rhythm, body awareness, and balance became part of my understanding of conscious living.

Inner Work & Meditation

My work is shaped by self-observation, meditation, direct experience, and the ongoing process of meeting the mind, emotions, discomfort, and life with more awareness.

Writing & Reflection

Through reflections, journals, writings, and guidance, I explore how people can slow down, observe more deeply, and return to what is essential.

My approach

This work is not about becoming someone else. It is about seeing more clearly what is already happening within us — the movement of the mind, the stories we carry, the emotions we avoid, the patterns we repeat, and the deeper intelligence that becomes visible when we learn to observe.
