& Cancellation Policy

2. Scope

These terms apply to 1:1 Guidance sessions and related services offered through MindSpaceLiving.

By booking a Guidance session, you agree to these terms.

3. Nature of Guidance

Guidance is a space for self-awareness, reflection, inner observation, and conscious living.

Guidance is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counselling, or a substitute for professional medical or psychological support.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, severe psychological distress, or an emergency, please contact a qualified medical professional, therapist, emergency service, or crisis support service in your country.

4. Booking Process

Guidance sessions are arranged individually.

1. You contact me through the website, by email, or book a free introduction call.
2. We agree on the type of session, date, time, and format.
3. I send you the payment details.
4. Your session is confirmed once payment has been received.

5. Offers and Prices

The current offers are:

All prices are final prices. Due to the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown.

6. Payment

Payment is currently possible by bank transfer or PayPal.

Payment details are sent by email after we agree on a session time.

The session is confirmed once payment has been received.

7. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the agreed session time.

If possible, we will arrange a new suitable time.

If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours before the session, I will try to find a fair solution, but rescheduling cannot always be guaranteed.

8. Cancellation by You

You may cancel a session up to 24 hours before the agreed session time and receive a refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, the payment may not be refunded, unless we agree on another solution.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including any legal right of withdrawal that may apply.

9. No-Show

If you do not attend the session at the agreed time and do not inform me in advance, the session is considered used.

In this case, the payment is usually not refunded.

10. Cancellation by MindSpaceLiving

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will inform you as soon as possible.

You may choose either a new session time or a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled session.

11. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer and book a Guidance session online or by distance communication, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

You generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me clearly by email: hello@mindspaceliving.com

12. Beginning the Service During the Withdrawal Period

If you want the Guidance session to take place before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly request that the service begins before the withdrawal period has expired.

If the service has already been fully provided, your right of withdrawal may expire after full performance of the service, provided that you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal after the service has been fully performed.

If you withdraw after requesting that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you may have to pay a reasonable amount for the service already provided.

14. Responsibility of the Participant

Guidance is a shared space of reflection and inner observation.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, and wellbeing.

Any insights, reflections, or suggestions offered during Guidance are not instructions or medical advice.

15. Confidentiality

I treat personal information shared during Guidance with care and respect.

However, confidentiality may be limited if there is a legal obligation to disclose information or if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

16. Online Sessions

Guidance may take place online by video call, voice call, or another agreed method.

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and the necessary device for the session.

17. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

MindSpaceLiving may update these terms when necessary.

The version valid at the time of booking applies to the respective session.

19. Governing Law

German law applies, insofar as legally permitted.

Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
